A. The Fit for Fun Vacation is designed to meet the needs of couples at all levels of fitness. Whether you are active and involved in a fitness program or are looking for a fun way to get started there is something for you in this program!

Q.Will all the sessions be for couples-only?
A. While the majority of the classes and workshops are couples-only, there are a few select classes just for the guys and some just for the girls. These classes will be noted on the program agenda.

Q. Will I be locked into a strict schedule?
A. Program options take place throughout the day so that you can create a schedule that works best for you. In fact, several classes (such as yoga) will be offered throughout the week at various times. Participate in all of the sessions or as few as you like-it's entirely up to you.

Q. Is there a special menu included?
A. There will not be a special menu included as part of the Fit for Fun program. Guests will learn about smart and healthy eating choices at the nutritional seminars throughout the week. Attendees can put their newfound nutritional knowledge to practice right away with complete access to the resort's wide variety of dining options featuring healthier fare and good-for-you food selections.
