To make it easier for potential moms to identify good food sources of this B vitamin, the March of Dimes recently created the Folic Acid for a Healthy Pregnancy seal. Packaged groceries bearing the purple and white label, such as breads, flour, and breakfast cereals, must contain 10 percent of the recommended daily intake per serving.
