Renée Stiehl started Shape's weight-loss program in the January 2006 issue. Since she is the mother of an active two-year-old who works full-time in the marketing department of a credit union, Renée wasn't sure how she would find the time to eat right, exercise and get rid of her post-pregnancy pounds that wouldn't budge. I just signed up last week I have to get motivated. I am at 223-225 I have 65 lbs to lose. I am only 31 with 2 children and my weight is affecting my health. I have high blood pressure and I struggle with migraines. Last week after signing up I did not follow the program and I am at 225 today. NOMORE!!!!
